1.  Are these beginner friendly? What size/length should I choose?

Absolutely! Dragon poi are amazing flow toys for beginners and flow artists of all skill levels. If you are a beginner we would recommend a small head dragon (3 or 5 meters) or a standard head dragon poi (4-6 meters). 

Generally, 8 meters is the most common size. 10 meters is for experienced dragon poi spinners or a flowmie who likes a challenge!

2.  How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery can take up to 3-5 weeks depending on your location for custom dragons. Standard and small dragons generally will ship faster than custom dragons. Please be patient in waiting for your tracking number. 

3.  Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Generally you will receive your tracking number within two weeks after you place your order. You’ll receive your tracking number via email or in the shop app so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4.  What is included in my dragon order?

Every package will include a Dragon Head, Dragon Tail, Leash, and Plurrfect Dragons drawstring bag.

5.  Where do you ship to?

We ship to the domestic United States of America only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

6.  What if my dragon arrives damaged or there is an issue with my order?

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can help update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at plurrfectdragons@gmail.com.

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the package is unopened. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
